Classic Brand Captures Childhood

These ads for Hot Wheels are remarkable! The brand has done an excellent job of making simple statements of the children it's products are designed for. Brilliant execution by Ogilvy on these.

The notion of everyday objects children are surrounded by in the household as the tracks for their races is spot-on. I instantly remembered back to my own childhood the minute I came across these. True and simple - these ads really capture the playful and imaginative kid they have always marketed to.
