Great Online Promo for Retailer

Just came across this fun promo for HEMA. HEMA is an international retail organization with stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany. HEMA products are typically convenient, practical, attractive and of good quality.



By visiting this site, I immediately thought I was in the middle of an e-commerce platform. However, once I realized my actions didn't create a response and the cup began moving, I knew this was a play on the typical. What I love about this is the personality that shines through in the communication. Practically no copy is displayed to the visitor until then end of the animation. However, it's easy to identify with the brand and their message by simply viewing the advert. Great stuff!
