What Noise??? - Singapore public service site

Singapore has put forward an web site called What Noise??? that intends to educate the public on the facts and struggles of its population born with hearing loss.

The design of the site uses a nice and simple execution that clearly gets the point across to its visitors. Interactive components test visitors to sort out sound keys found on a common musical scale and supply missing letter sequences for provided paragraphs. The goal of the site is quickly made clear, informing the difficulties in language acquisition, interpretation of communication, and other difficulties children with hearing impairment experience.
